Arsenal may have missed PSG's ace, Christopher Nkunku, because of the stormy relationship between Thomas Tuchel and Sven Mislintat, according to David Ornstein, head of BBC Sport.
"According to the latest information, Thomas Tuchel has vetoed," he told BBC Radio 5 Live, PSG Ak Nkunku.
"He does not want that to happen, he wants Nkunku to be at his disposal to play, he has a lot to do.
"There is also a bit of politics involved, of course.
"The relationship between Tuchel and Sven, outgoing Director of Recruitment, Sisl Mislintat, has had a tumultuous end. [at Borussia Dortmund].

Maurizio Sarri will be sacked at the end of the season as manager of Chelsea, says Perry Groves.

Bayern Munich will travel to Callum Hudson-Odoi again this summer.
According to the Sun, the German giants intend to recruit an 18-year-old winger.
Hudson-Odoi was "devastated" when his move to Bayern failed last month.
Bayern should make a summer bid of 25 million pounds sterling to the young player to try to sell the Blues.

Unai Emery said Denis Suarez would fit easily into Arsenal, adding that the Spaniard could make his debut against Manchester City.

Roy Hodgson says Michy Batshuayi could be the "missing piece" of the Crystal Palace puzzle.
