The Reds are preparing for the 2019-2020 campaign
Manchester United will give its new permanent director a £ 200 million transfer budget this summer, according to The sun.
The current acting director, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, will also influence the transfer plans in view of the window, even though he is replaced at the end of the season.
Solskjaer told reporters before United's 1-0 win over Leicester: "The club will always have my opinion if it asks me.
"It's quite natural, whoever is responsible and who is most involved with the players."
