Liverpool have finally got rid of Lazar Markovic, an opponent of 25 million pounds sterling.
The Serbian international winger ended his hell at Anfield by joining Fulham for a free transfer.
Markovic, 24, seemed to be about to stay in Merseyside after the move to Besiktas on the day of the deadline
But last Thursday, the Cottagers announced that a contract sheet had been handed to the Premier League regarding the former Benfica midfielder.
And on Friday, Markovic's move to West London was confirmed.
Fulham said Markovic, who has played 34 times for the Reds but not once this season, was signed after being recommended by his compatriot Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Club owner Tony Khan said the 24-year-old would strengthen his attack.
"Lazar Markovic is a talented young player and we are happy to welcome him to Liverpool for the rest of the season," said Khan.
"Lazar is known as an excellent teammate, he has the support of our director and he has the talent to reinforce our attack, come on, Fulham!"
Markovic's contract was due to expire at Anfield at the end of the season and he was training with Liverpool's Under-23 team, which was not desired by Jurgen Klopp.
