Liverpool has made the youngest player in the Premier League so far his second rookie of the summer.
The champions of Europe have confirmed that Harvey Elliott has joined Fulham for what is likely to be a significant compensation.
The money involved in the deal will be decided by court between the two clubs, Elliott Fulham's scholarship being expired and the ban on signing the signed academy players in Liverpool.
The offensive midfielder can not sign a professional contract until he turns 17 in April, but has refused PSG, Real Madrid and RB Leipzig openings to settle in Merseyside.
Elliott has already played in two Premier League games, becoming the youngest player in the Premier League when he stepped off the bench to face the Wolves in the penultimate game of last season.
It remains to be seen whether he will join the club's next U-18 campaign, but Liverpool has confirmed he will be part of the team that will face Napoli in a friendly on Sunday before taking off for the training camp in Evian.
He becomes the second Liverpool rookie after the arrival of Sepp van den Berg. Fan patience is fully tested.
