With rumors of advanced negotiations on a UK record deal with Nike, the 2019/20 season is expected to be the latest in the current partnership between the Reds and New Balance. But the Boston-based society seems to give affinity if the images that have leaked are legitimate.
The images published by Footy Headlines seem to indicate a return to a shade of red more lively and more intense than those observed these last two years. The new jersey also seems ready to drop the look of this season's necklace and adds subtle details with white stripes.
The club badge, the NB logo and the sponsor of the Western Union sleeves will be colored in traditional complementary yellow, with the main brand Standard Chartered in bright white.
The only question that arises is this: will the right sleeve be adorned with a normal Premier League badge or a gold badge reserved for champions?
Liverpool finished the weekend at the top of the standings after beating Chelsea 2-0 at Anfield on Sunday, which many saw as the toughest remaining game of the Reds.
