Watch this amazing photo of London Mail on Sunday showing mbadive crowds queuing up every morning to buy an unlocked iPhone 4.

the Mail claims that unlocked iPhones are being shipped to Asia and the Middle East, where the iPhone 4 has not yet gone on sale. Unlocked handsets can be sold at double their purchase price. At first, I thought the picture came from the grand opening of the new Apple Covent Garden store, which opened recently, but the Mail says the lines are formed every morning:

At 6:50 in Covent Garden, security guards prevented people from queuing. About 230 people were cordoned off behind airport-type gates while waiting for the store's opening.
At 7:30, a manager came out and sat on a chair and said, "We have an iPhone for you. We will open the store in half an hour. Be nice. Be in order. The call began when the store doors opened just before 8 am

the New York Times The same thing is happening in New York, but is likely to slacken when the iPhone 4 goes on sale Saturday in China: buyers are sending their iPhones by road to China.

Thank you Kato.
