The end of the appointment of Joyce Dzidzor Mensah as a heart-to-heart ambbadador (H2H) in 2012 had absolutely nothing to do with the former First Lady Lordina Dramani Mahama or with the President at the time.

According to Dr. Angela El-Adas, former executive director of the Ghana AIDS Commission, the former First Lady was not a Heart to Heart ambbadador, but instead chose to support the work of the ambbadadors.

After the termination of her contract, Joyce stopped receiving her benefits, but she was allowed to stay in her "secure home," a home rented by GAC until the lease expires in September 2013. GAC did not owe him any money or any advantage.
