The Association of Lotto Marketing Companies (LMC) operating under the authority of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) supported the sentiments expressed by the staff of the Authority to remove the CEO, Kofi Osei-Ameyaw and the Director Deputy General Yaw Amoakohene Baafi.
NLA staff at a press conference after a protest at their offices in Accra called for the dismissal of Mr. Kofi Osei Ameyaw, the director general of his post.
The LMC, in a statement signed by Mr. Daniel Mensah and Mr. Samuel Yeboah, respectively National President and Deputy Secretary General, who represented the accredited sales force of the NLA, urged President Nana Akufo-Addo to consider their demand by dismissing both the director general and his deputy, Mr. Amoakohene Baafi, to save the image of the NLA from total collapse.
