Louisa Johnson described her experience on The X Factor as "the strangest, unbelievable, crazy, crazy experience" of her "whole life".

The 21-year-old singer, who won the talent contest in 2015 at the age of 17, admitted she could not remember four months after her victory, saying it was not "well".

Louisa's comments come just a day after Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall Metro.co.uk X Factor must "do more" for mental health and subsequent care.
