Callum Crickson has a bloody gash on his arm that can not be sewn and that requires daily medical treatment, as well as a broken nose and severe bruising.
The 20-year-old said he was attacked by three bouncers and three waiters in Magaluf, Mallorca.
The data cable engineer from Skelmersdale, Lancashire, said he had been badaulted after a friend had accidentally broken a windowpane.
According to her mother, Claire Crickson, the bar fired two staff members following the incident that occurred early Saturday.
Callum, who was due to return home after a ten-day vacation on Monday night, posted footage of his injuries on Facebook on Sunday.
He wrote: "Magaluf has not shown its true colors this year.
"Attacked by three servers [and] three bouncers and left with deep cuts and a broken nose all due to a fallen glbad.
"Then I tried to get away from it, to be clever and to be hit from behind while I was on the ground cutting my arm."
Today, her mother, the care badistant, said: "He was away for 10 nights, which ruined his last days and those of his friends.
"They were too scared to go up the strip so they stayed at their hotel.
"It's a shame – it's a good boy, not a troublemaker."
The 39-year-old said her son would be left with a large scar on his arm.
"They attacked him from behind while he was trying to get away to avoid confrontation," she added.
"They kicked and punched him several times and to the head.
"He has to go to the hospital every day, even today, before leaving, so that his wound is cleaned and re-bandaged and something is inserted to keep it clean.
"He will have to follow up at the hospital every day when he will be home until the wound heals, it can not be sewn."
"It's emotional stress for him too." Callum was attacked with a knife at the age of 15 and he does not like trouble.
"He always tries to avoid it and he's a calm, young and very respectable boy."
Callum shared screen shots of his mother addressing the bar on Facebook.
In the series of messages, a staff member suspected of being the head of the bar is excused for this incident and told Claire that two people involved had been fired.
They wrote: "I would like to apologize for the behavior of a server and a director who was obviously dismissed, it was not the safety of the incident.
"I discovered it yesterday, it was the day I made the decision to send them back.

"I do not know what to say about the irresponsible behavior of those people who do not reflect the personality of my staff.
"I can imagine your feelings and the only thing I can say is sorry, it's obviously my fault not to detect what these people may be."
The bar was contacted for a comment.
