Accra, July 18, GNA – Former Tema
The Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer, Isaac Ashai Odamtten, has issued a war cry for
gathering of members and supporters of the opposition, the National Democratic Congress
(NDC) across the country for the party's victory in 2020.

According to him, "the president of the former president Mahama
The victory in 2020 begins now!

The old MCE said this after submitting
his nomination forms to compete for the 2020 NDC parliamentary ballot to
Tema East.

Isaac Ashai surrounded by followers of the party
Odamtten told reporters on the sidelines of the communication that his
previous statement of a political jihad for the late President Mahama, saying
that the job to win the victory in 2020 had started as far back as it was
concerned.

"The best way to defend is to attack; as
The current situation is such that the performance of the current President has everything
but delivered victory for the former president Mahama, but this victory is not
secure until we go there and grab it.

"As I have already promised, I will
lead the charge to Tema East here to make sure this victory is badured and
it's exactly what's going to happen from now that the nomination forms are
submitted, "he said.

He added that "we are touching the ground
going on, and we're going to run until John Mahama is sworn in on Jan. 7,
2021. "

Among the crowd of supporters was Mr.
Stephen Ashitey Adjei, alias Moshake, a firebrand party leader with a
reputation for speaking clear.

"The victory is badured for Mr Odamtten in this
primary, but it is not the most important target of course; what is important
is struggling with the headquarters of the nuclear power plant and that's why it's important that as it
said, we hit the ground running, "said Moshake.

According to him, Odamtten, who became
Kempes Ofosuware, the former MCE of Tema, was right
decided not to run, is the best foot forward of the NDC.

"There is my brother, Edward Bediaku Kraku
also set up a challenge even if the challenge is rather useless,
because it is obvious that Tema East NDC, this time, is resolved to present a
united front with Odamtten in the lead, "said Moshake.

Edward Nii Bediaku Tetteh Kraku, is an American
NDC-based man who challenged twice for the Tema East Constituency ticket
without success.

"It is unfortunate to see that my brother is
likely to waste money again; I wish he's not wasting his time, but it's
democracy and he is free to exercise his political rights, "said Moshake.

"The Bible, the Koran and many great
philosophers have argued that there is a law of karma and what you
throw against the wall, will bounce back to you. Jesus and the prophet
Mohammed, Confucious of China and Swami Prabhupada, all urged us to
do to others what you want them to do to you, "says Moshake.

He advised Edward Bediaku Kraku to be
pay attention to the people who surround him and push him to challenge.
