Professor Agyeman Badu Akorsa, former director general of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), suggested a collaboration between the National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE) and the dancehall artists Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale reduce the problems sanitation in Ghana.

According to Professor Akorsa, both artists have many followers and can be sanitation ambbadadors who can help preach the message of sanitation to educate and educate youth.

Professor Akorsah, who was speaking to students from the Nima School Group as part of the NCCE Citizenship Week Celebration, said, "So, if you can imagine Shatta, Stonebwoy, two of the NCE's, between them, we can start packing all the garbage we all produce, so our country will have a very clean environment. There will be no flies, no germs, no diseases, the air will be pure and we will all become very responsible citizens, says Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

"So Shatta Wale of the Shatta and Stonebwoy movement of the Bhim nation, they will speak to all the young people of this country, will not that be a good thing? I think the only person who can do that is Mrs. Josephine Nkrumah ".
