Selling herbal products Elizabeth Torgbor, better known as Mama Gee, was arrested by the FDA and the police for selling what they called unauthorized herbal medications.
According to the FDA, its products have not been registered under the laws of the Food and Drugs Authority.

In a statement seen by YEN.com.gh, the FDA and the Ghanaian police have confirmed the arrest of Mama Gee.
In its statement, the FDA revealed that his arrest followed a focus on videos broadcast by Mama Gee on social networks.
The FDA reported that Mama Gee stated in her videos that she had badual stimulants and other products that were not licensed by their company.
They revealed that she was arrested at her store in Madina, near Rawlings Park, on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.

The FDA has also warned the general public not to use Mama Gee's products, claims that can not be substantiated.
They also urged the general public to provide any additional information on Mama Gee, as appropriate.
Mama Gee seemed to have made waves with her herbal products until her arrest by the authorities.
She claimed that her products would allow ladies to find favors and get men 's gifts that frequented them.
Mama Gee claimed that her products would make women look good in bed, which would encourage men to take gifts without asking them.
In the meantime, no one has claimed that the products actually work or that they are just simple fabrications.
