Jake Hope, 23, is still looking for a job after 400 unsuccessful applications over the past two years. We have been told that the unemployment rate in the UK is the lowest in more than 40 years. So you would think that young and capable people should easily find a lot of work. So, what's wrong? And can we help it? He joins us from his home in Bristol.
