Manchester United is negotiating an exchange deal with Juventus that would allow Dybala and Romelu Lukaku to swap positions.
Dybala would be a great badet to the Red Devils, the Argentine international was not long ago considered one of the best attackers in the world.
The 25-year-old scored 22 goals in Serie A in 2017-18 in his second base role while he was less successful when he was changed to the last term role.
In order to accommodate Cristiano Ronaldo, Dybala was found more often deflected to the right.
Despite his talents, he scored only five goals in 30 league games.
And former Tottenham defenseman Stephen Kelly believes that if Dybala would work well with Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford, Argentina would be better placed to play a central role.
The former Irish international insists that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should take into account Dybala's return to normal last season to integrate the former Palermo player to his system.
"They're not going to have that ego because they're not guaranteeing it yet," Kelly told Off The Ball, pointing out the difference between playing alongside Martial and Rashford in an attack on An attack containing Ronaldo.
"If Cristiano Ronaldo is on your team, you'll give him the ball because he's going to score goals. That's what you do, let's face it.
"Whereas if you have Martial, Rashford and Dybala, on a paper that looks very good, it looks like a good one.
"It looks like there are goals between the three, it's not just about a player."
"But if you play last season, it's not his biggest role [on the right side]. "
And Kelly actually thinks that Tottenham – which was tied to an 80 million pound Dybala bid before United enters into negotiations on an exchange deal – would create an environment conducive to the player's blossoming.
"I think it's much more suited to Tottenham than to Manchester United," added Kelly.
"Mauricio Pochettino has a system in which he could integrate.
"But that would mean [Christian] Eriksen will fill that [gap].
"I do not think that if you have Eriksen, you are not going to bring Dybala because it is essentially a conflict of interest."
