Man Utd fans convinced that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is playing games with Jurgen Klopp

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer loves Sir Alex Ferguson. This was pretty obvious from the moment the Norwegian became acting head of Manchester United in December.

Barely five minutes went by without Solskjaer hearing a famous old adage saying or saying something that the legendary Scotsman did: inform and educate about management methods.

And some Manchester United fans think the Norwegian has dusted off an old Fergie clbadic in anticipation of next weekend's Premier League confrontation between United and Liverpool at Old Trafford.

Now, regardless of United's fight to rank among the top four, we all know that next Sunday's game will be more important for Liverpool.

The Reds are aiming for a first championship title in 1990, and winning at Old Trafford would be a big step forward.

Jurgen Klopp would have been delighted to learn that Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard were going to miss the match against his team due to an injury.

Except, as revealed exclusively by David McDonnell of Mirror Sport, this might not be the case anymore.

Martial and Lingard could come back after an injury for the game against the Reds. This prompted United fans to badert that Solskjaer had fired the old Fergie mind trap on Klopp by exaggerating the severity of injuries before returning to that injury later.

This lot is convinced anyway.

Are they right? Or is it just a coincidence?
