Real Madrid would require the entire 500 million euro unlock clause if it plans to allow Raphael Varane to leave this summer.
Tuesday's reports suggested that the Red Devils received a huge boost in their pursuit of Varane, which Ole Gunnar Solskjaer apparently seeks to repair his suspicious defense.
It was later claimed that Varane would have informed Real Madrid of his intention to leave this summer links with £ 86 million move to Old Traffordwith player agent's comments.
