Milinkovic-Savic has imposed himself as a key transfer target for Manchester United this summer.
Reports indicate that United is preparing to offer about 71 million pounds to this 24-year-old player.
Milinkovic-Savic has already been linked to the Red Devils, his former boss, Mourinho, interested in him.
He could replace Paul Pogba, who wants to leave United this summer.
Anton Toloui, a journalist with Sky Sports, thinks that Milinkovic-Savic is perfectly suited to English football.
"I can not think of a high-level midfielder who would be better suited to the Premier League," said Toloui.
"He is six feet three feet tall, he is physical, he has a lot of stamina.
"But his range of pbades is absolutely superb.
"It's really the complete midfielder.
"What's interesting is that he's been on Manchester United's radar for a long time.
"It was part of a long list of goals under José Mourinho last summer.
"He had a fantastic season two years ago at Lazio, and last season was a little less successful.
"He was about to settle at Juventus last summer, an ironic replacement for Paul Pogba, who was still trying to fill that void since he left.
"It did not happen and the player was left in a limbo void, took a little time to regain his best form.
"He finished the season very well and I understand why the clubs in the Premier League are turning to a player like Milinkovic-Savic."
