Manchester United reportedly gave up recruiting Jadon Sancho and Callum Hudson-Odoi soon after becoming interested in the pair.
The latter has joined the wish list transfer Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that very recently, while the former only interested him more from the beginning of the season, if we believe the information.
The young couple was considered the ideal candidate to give rhythm and skills to the right of United, which would have been identified as the problem area by the Norwegian.
Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea both insisted on keeping two of Europe's brightest talents, but Solskjaer would have been willing to break the bank with either player.
The right is mainly occupied by Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard, who both prefer to play in the center and often end up cutting themselves in, overloading the center.
According to Sports Mole, the Daily Mail reports that the Red Devils have abandoned Jadon and Callum after Dortmund and Chelsea have refused to negotiate and are therefore spending their time searching elsewhere.
It makes sense that if an agreement is unrealistic, then Ole should move to more attainable goals, but it's a bit unfortunate that he can not get his hands on two talents widely regarded as the future of England.
