Cardiff should see Manchester United and AC Milan face the International Champions Cup at Principality Stadium on Saturday.
It is expected that the big names of the game in the world, including Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez for Manchester United.
Alessio Romagnoli and Lucas Paqueta will play for AC Milan.
The kickoff is given at 5:30 pm BST, with a complete closure of the downtown route from 14:00 BST to 20:30 BST.

Transport for Wales warned that trains in the Cardiff area should be busy all day.
Engineering work around Newport Station will be in place from 11:00 am BST on Saturday, which will result in the replacement of some Cardiff services with buses.
Local buses will be diverted from downtown bus stops during the closure.
Road closures planned:
- Kingsway from its intersection with North Road to its intersection with Duke Street
- Cowbridge Road East from its intersection with Cathedral Road to its intersection with Westgate Street
- Tudor Street, from its intersection with Clare Road until it junction with Wood Street (the access of residents and traders will be authorized by the Fitzhamon dike).
- Plantagenet and Beauchamp Streets, from their junctions with Despenser Square to their junctions with Tudor Street (access is allowed for residents and traders).
- Saunders Road from its intersection with Sainte-Marie Street
- Customhouse Street (access to private car parks will be allowed)
