He also claims that the palace does not want to let go of Wan-Bissaka, who has another three years left on his current contract with the club.
It is unclear whether Palace has already rejected Manchester United's offer, the club eagerly wishing to have Wan-Bissaka back to Selhurst Park next season.
Wan-Bissaka had an impressive season in the Premier League as he played 35 games with Roy Hodgson's team, collecting three badists en route.
He should also appear for England at the U21 European Championships later this month.
Palace backs could sign to replace Wan-Bissaka
Jayden Bogle
Bogle has impressed Derby in the championship and the teenager could be ready to qualify for Premier League football next season.
Cedric Soares
Cedric fell out of favor in Southampton but is an experienced right back from the Premier League and could revive his career at Selhurst Park when he had the opportunity.
Omar Elabdellaoui
The back has been tied to a move to the Premier League this year and the palace could join the race for its signature if they lose Wan-Bissaka.
Reece James
James had a phenomenal season with Wigan in the championship on loan from Chelsea. He can play in the right back or center midfield and would be a great addition to the Palace team.
