Manchester United is demanding over £ 80 million for Romelu Lukaku, a target for Inter Milan this summer.

The Belgian was told he could leave Old Trafford because he was not considered an ideal candidate for the football brand that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to play at the Theater of Dreams.

Lukaku signed for United in 2017 when the club beat Chelsea at his signature and the initial fee was 75 million pounds.

However, this amount has since reached approximately £ 90 million through feasible additions and United wishes to recover as much as possible from this sum before allowing Lukaku to leave.

The Belgian has 28 goals in 55 Premier League matches for United and is the top scorer in Belgium.

At the age of 26, United thinks he has the right to demand about 80 million pounds sterling for the attacker and is confident of getting it.

Antonio Conte is expected to take up his duties in San Siro and he wants to make Lukaku sign for the first time at the club, after having failed twice before.

Lukaku would have agreed personal conditions with Inter officials during a discreet trip to Italy earlier this month.

Solskjaer wants a more "mobile" striker once Lukaku is gone, although he regards Marcus Rashford as a prime striker.

United is aiming for a right-back, center-back, center midfielder, right-winger and substitute for Lukaku if he were to leave this summer.

All Belgian departure costs will be added to the Solskjaer budget, estimated at around £ 200 million.
