After playing a Marvel superhero for two years, Luke Cage actor Mike Colter will play in a new drama series Wrong.

The actor has landed a leading role in the potential show performed by The good woman and The good fight creators Robert and Michelle King.

The series will follow Mike's character, David DaCosta, a Catholic priest charged with investigating paranormal phenomena and determining whether there is a scientific or supernatural explanation.

He will be accompanied by Kristen Benoist (Katja Herbers), skeptical forensic psychologist, and a blue-collar contractor who has not yet been selected.

Mike's new role marks a kind of meeting with the Kings because he had already played in The good woman as a powerful Chicago drug lord and also made an appearance on The good fight & # 39;s second season.

Luke Cage Netflix was fired after two seasons last year, and Mike recently shared this idea if we could expect a possible recovery of the superhero series.

Talk to IndieWire In January, at the Sundance Film Festival, Mike was asked if there was a chance that the Marvel show would make a comeback.

"I have no idea because it's one of those things that did not happen for some reason other than the powers being decided that it was something they wanted to pick up on another platform, "he explained at the time.

"Come back, I do not know."

"In the end, if he comes back, he will probably be because of fan demand, it may not happen as fast as they want," Mike said.

Luke Cage Seasons 1 and 2 are available for streaming on Netflix.
