The Gunners have the chance to beat their London rivals when they face Leicester on Sunday, before Chelsea finds himself facing his top four rivals, Manchester United, in a huge showdown at Old Trafford later during the day.
Before the match on Sunday, Sarri said on his side on the website of the Blues: "They improve, but for the moment, we are not able, in the offensive phase, to play at the right speed , with the right intensity, but the good speed of the ball, because sometimes we move the ball too slowly, and so we are predictable.
"We have to learn to move the ball at another speed, and of course, if I want to move the ball so fast, I need more movement without the ball."
The 2-2 home draw against Burnley on Monday night reflects Sarri's efforts to impose the speed of play that he is looking for from his side, and the Italian suggested that his arrival at the club at the Late last summer, as well as the busy schedule of the Blues, have helped make things difficult.
Until now, Chelsea has played 57 matches in the campaign. Sarri added: "We had only two or three weeks to work, and then at the end of August, we started playing every three days.
"In Naples, I could have about 60 training sessions for the defensive line every season, here I had about 11 or 12 training for the defensive line, so there was a big difference, and I probably needed some time to I'm used to English football.
"I think it's normal, that it can happen, I think it was not just English football that I had to get used to, but also this club, so now I think that in the next season, I will probably be able to give more to my players. "
