Juventus players were informed that Maurizio Sarri would take over this summer.
The Italian finishes his first season at Chelsea and has allowed the club to rank among the top four and the final of the Europa League.
But that may not be enough to keep his job. The final against Arsenal in Baku should be his last match.
According to the Mail, Sarri will return to Italy after a season in the Premier League and resume the title of Serie A champion.
Juve is looking for a new manager after Max Allegri has confirmed his departure after leading the club to an eighth consecutive crown in Serie A.
Sarri would be tempted by the prospect of a recovery with the players expected to expect him to be in charge next season.
The news comes after pictures appeared, showing that Chelsea President Bruce Buck met Andrea Agnelli, president of Juventus, before the Europa League final.
Frank Lampard, legend of Chelsea, would have been designated as Sarri's first choice substitute, if he actually returned to Italy.
Sarri could end his tenure at Chelsea with a win against Arsenal, which would give him his first trophy since winning the Coppa Italia Serie D 16 years ago.
Before the clashes, Sarri was questioned about speculation linking him to Juventus.
He said: "I only think about the final.I have a two year contract. This is not the moment. We feel we want to win.
"I am really very happy, I have to consider this for the future, I must also consider that I like English football and the Premier League."
