Meek Mill delivered a good epic start to the NBA 2019 All-Star Game (February 17) when he goes on stage to perform in Charlotte, N.C. Spectrum Center, Sunday night. The Philadelphia rhymer delivered its anthemic bars at the star teams' presentation.
Start things with Phil Collins intro, sampling for his Championships Album ("Intro"), Meek unleashed his bars on the big dreams and aspirations of a delirious crowd. From there, he performed "Going Bad" and "Uptown Anthem". After allowing one of the all-star teams to be presented, Meek further reinforced the hype by playing his timeless clbadic "Dreams and Nightmares (Intro)". As we said, things were really epic.
Meek had a stellar Championships season. His fourth album, wise and poignant, was hailed as one of the most best hip-hop projects of 2018. One of Meek's songs, "Going Bad" (with Drake), has become a fan favorite and a monster streaming in the digital music charts.
At half-time, Meek's rhyming companion J. Cole will take the musical stick and perform a medley of his own hits. It should also be nice fire.
