The Duke and Duchess of Susbad were forced to postpone their move to Frogmore Cottage due to last-minute design changes.
Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, were scheduled to settle at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor this week, but the workers are still on the scene.
They could wait another four weeks, which would mean that the duchess, very pregnant, would move a few days before giving birth.

A royal source told the Sun: "Everything has been done for the pump. The builders worked all week, regardless of the weather. But they keep making changes, especially on the layout.
"The word is that they were quite demanding, which is understandable because what owner does not want their home to be perfect?"
A spokesman for Kensington Palace told MailOnline that the couple are moving "in the spring – hopefully before the birth" of the new royal baby, but do not want to say more.
Frogmore renovations saw the interior walls turned over to create a five-bedroom property with en suite bathroom and a huge kitchen-dining area.
