Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may not have attended Idris Elba's wedding, but they tried to catch up by offering them a superb £ 7,000 gift.
Prospective parents are in the UK in preparation for the imminent arrival of the last member of the royal family.
This meant that they were unable to travel to Marrakech, Morocco, where the Luther star had been linked to the model, Sabrina Dhowre, at a lavish ceremony.
Despite their absence, the Duke and Duchess of Susbad reportedly sent a £ 7,000 worth of Connor brothers' art work, reports the Mail on Sunday.
A shared image on the Instagram official artists page last year shows the image of a glamorous 1950s woman, above the words: "Why incorporate when you are born to make you stand out? "
The Connor brothers claimed to be twins born in Missouri as they entered the art scene, but later revealed they were the British duo James Golding and Mike Snelle.
Idris and his new wife have teamed up with the sumptuous five-star Ksar Char Bagh hotel in Marrakech, ranked among the top 100 hotels in the world.
Photos taken on the scene show Idris smiling, waiting for his beautiful wife to go to him.
Sabrina wore two custom dresses from Vera Wang, while Elbe wore a tailored suit from Ozwald Boateng.
The bride's first dress was a clbadic white A-line dress with bare shoulders, which she then replaced with a V-neck dress embroidered with pearls and gemstones and finished with couture lace for the evening.
The happy couple bonded on Friday, but spreads its celebrations over three glorious days, with a white-themed festival-style party for their family friends at the nearby Mandarin Oriental hotel.
Idris Elba was among the guests for Harry and Meghan's starry wedding last year.
The Duke and Duchess of Susbad even asked him to make a DJ during their champagne reception, and the actor – known as Dig Driis The Londoner – willingly agreed.
