Meghan Markle Charities & # 39; after donations from a baby shower online

An online baby shower for the Duchess of Susbad has seen Meghan Markle's favorite charities flooded with donations after a viral campaign on Twitter around the world.

The #GlobalSusbadBabyShower hashtag calling for donations for three charities supported by the Royal Pregnant Woman was launched on the social media site today.

Fans of the expectant mother were invited to donate to charity from today until the arrival of the first child of Meghan and Prince Harry. The royal baby is expected in a few weeks.

Generous donors around the world responded quickly, flooding charities with donations on Mother's Day.

The three people selected to benefit from the campaign are: CAMFED, which works for the education of girls in rural Africa, Mayhew, a charity dedicated to animal welfare, and the Well Child Awards, which pay tribute to severely courageous children and young people in the United Kingdom.

The campaign has left one "overwhelmed" by the amount of support provided by the campaign in the honor of the upcoming birth of Baby Susbad.

Charity CAMFED – the Girls' Education Campaign – wrote a Twitter post to thank the people who donated them to the Twitter account of Meghan Fan Twitter, Baby Susbad's online Au Pair campaign.

The donations were obtained after Baby Susbad's Au Pair account, using the address @freepeeper, urged on Thursday the Royal fans to "celebrate the Susbad kid" by giving to the causes supported by Meghan, announcing the launch of the campaign today.

CAMFED was delighted with the result.

"Ok, you are great people, warm and generous," posted CAMFED on his Twitter account. "You blamed us all today when you started sending your support and donations in response to the #GlobalSusbadBabyShower campaign of @ freepeeper, you have made our year!"

CAMFED is one of Meghan's charitable organizations, and the Duchess has made efforts to visit them to show her support for the causes they represent.

Meghan recently joined CAMFED Executive Director Angie Murimirwa on International Women's Day at a panel in London.

Some who took part in the campaign chose to donate to other causes supported by the Duchess of Susbad.

The Twitter account Susbad Love said their donation went directly to a fundraiser for a little girl among the kids who received flowers at Meghan's New York City Baby Shower in February.

Little Emmalyn, who has undergone dozens of brain and spine surgeries for her condition called Chiaria malformation.

"By sending prayers to her and her family for healing," Susbad Love wrote.

Some supporters chose to donate items and goods instead of money.

Fan Account The Forums of the Duchess Meghan announced on Twitter that they would donate baby clothes to the German charity SOS-Kinderdorfer, which helps families of children in need.

Fans of the 37-year-old duchess and former Suits star – who call themselves "the Susbad team" – were eager to join the campaign.

Twitter account Here for the Susbad family wrote: "I felt very happy to make my 2 donations this morning and so proud to be part of this superb #Susbad CommunitySquad! #GlobalSusbadBabyShower. I am confident that the Susbad will discover this manifestation of support and unity. They know that they are loved! "

The campaign was also hailed by the royal observers.

Omid Scobie, commentator and royal writer, wrote: "The proof that social media can be a positive place. Associations such as @themayhew @Camfed and @WellChild have received donations from Duchess Meghan fans around the world who launched the hashtag #GlobalSusbadBabyshower to celebrate the imminent arrival of Baby Susbad. Very nice."
