HRH The Duchess of Susbad has published as a guest an important issue of British literature Vogue with editor-in-chief Edward Enninful. Entitled "Forces for Change", the September 2019 issue highlights a group of bright change women who are ready to transform society radically and positively. This is the first time that a September issue of the British magazine Vogue has been co-edited.

The cover was photographed by Peter Lindbergh – his first appearance for the magazine since September 1992 – and represents 15 women from the worlds of politics, sport and the arts, all of which have had an inspiring impact on modern life. The selection of women was a very personal process for the Duchess and Enninful and the result of a collaboration that began in January of this year.

The cover includes New Zealand premier Jacinda Ardern, who, for a first for the magazine and for Lindbergh, was photographed for coverage in Auckland, New Zealand, by videoconference; young climate activist Greta Thunberg, photographed by Lindbergh in Sweden, who at 16 is one of the youngest stars on the magazine's cover; activist and actress Jane Fonda, who at age 81 is the eldest; and LGBTQIA + actress and producer, Laverne Cox, who becomes the first transbadual person to feature on the cover of the British film Vogue.

In her letter to the guest editor, she presents Forces for Change in her own words and also gives an interview to former First Lady Michelle Obama. Her husband, HRH the Duke of Susbad, had an interview with the famous ethologist Jane Goodall.
The September issue of British Vogue, co-edited by the Duchess of Susbad, is available on newsstands and digital download on Friday, August 2nd.
