PaddyPower says it has been forced to suspend everything after a huge surge in punter activity. The bookies suggest the spike in bets is evidence Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's eagerly-anticipated royal tot has already come into the world. The Duke and Duchess of Susbad have been lying in their new home, Frogmore Cottage, after announcing they want to keep details of the birth private.
A palace announcement is, however, expected when the baby is born.
Despite the expectation of an official royal announcement, PaddyPower bookmakers insist "someone knows something and the child is already born".
The firm said in a statement: "Bookmakers have been hanging on Baby Susbad, believing that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's child has already arrived.
"Paddy Power has got a spike in betting on the day of birth in the last hour, forcing them to stop taking bets on when there will be a royal arrival."

A spokesman for the company added "Harry and Meghan's baby will come next to a huge increase in the number of children.
"That, combined with the rumors and speculation has made it happen, it's almost certainly a baby girl."
The firm believes the child will be a girl with odds-on 8/11.
The most likely name is Diana (3/1), though Grace (7/1) Allegra (8/1) and Alice (10/1) have all been popular this week.
Despite the speculation Buckingham Palace yesterday denied the baby was born after an ambulance was spotted driving through Windsor.
ITV reporter Chris Ship tweeted: "It went in the front entrance.
"Anything for Meghan would never go that way."
Meghan and Harry have made it clear they do not wish to parade their new child in front of the world and share every detail of the birth.
The Duchess has announced it will not stand for the Duchess of Cambridge.
Unlike Princess Diana and the Duchess of Cambridge, Meghan will not introduce her baby to the world after giving birth to others.
