Doria, 62, hired a house keeper and a dog walker, canceled her yoga clbad and asked someone to take out her trash cans. Meghan, 37, is due to give birth to her firstborn at the end of April or early May and Doria was eager to take the plane to support her daughter. On Sunday, a source told The Sun newspaper: "Like all moms, Doria wants to be present for her daughter during this seismic event of her life.
"She has sometimes feared to be so far away but she is definitely going to be there for her at birth.
"She wants to spend as much time as possible with her first grandchild and has come a long time.
"Meghan also wanted to show her new home to her mother and both like to spend time together."
Doria, a social worker, left her two-bed bungalow in LA last week to travel to the UK.

She hired a resident babysitter to take care of her pitball cross and Yorkshire terrier.
Doria's weekly yoga clbad, which she teaches to seniors in a house, has also been canceled.
Another source said: "People were informed this week that the clbad would be canceled because the teacher was absent.
"Languages quickly understood that the royal birth was perhaps responsible.
"Doria is an extremely popular figure and everyone is happy for her."
Prince Harry apparently expressed his joy that Doria stays at Frogmore Cottage at the birth of her baby.
The couple's baby will be seventh from the throne and will have dual American and British citizenship.
A recent Instagram post has sparked rumors that the baby is already born.
The couple recently signed a post with "The Duke and Duchess (and Baby Susbad)".
