Meghan Markle was severely criticized earlier this year when she flew to New York on George and Amal Clooney's private jet to celebrate the arrival of her baby with 15 of her closest friends in Manhattan's most expensive hotel . So now she will likely avoid having a party with her big list friends and will just arrange a little birthday party with her relatives to avoid any problems, according to one insider. They told the Sun: "Frogmore Cottage will be holding a celebration for Meghan's birthday.
"The Clooneys clan will be at Villa Oleandra on Lake Como, and the Susbad will no longer want to be seen enjoying their sumptuous hospitality after the catastrophic reaction of public relations after the American baby shower."
This last statement contradicts that of a different source who spoke Sunday to the Sun and said that Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip would hold a special reception for the Susbad in Scotland, in Balmoral, to celebrate the day. Birthday of Meghan.
The source and queen said, "The Queen and Prince Philip love the couple and, of course, their new great-grandchild, Archie, and have invited them to Balmoral for a few days.
"It is obvious that Meghan has been invited to this invitation. It's a great honor.
"They will celebrate Meghan's birthday and the catering team will prepare a cake to mark the occasion.
"Meghan may be a duchess who can have anything she wants, but the queen gives her a thoughtful gift.
"It's no secret that Balmoral is His Majesty's favorite home and that's why this call is so special and sincere."
The Meghan Birthday, a typically American tradition, took place on February 20th and closed a five-day visit to New York, one of the Duchess's most beloved cities.

The evening was hosted by tennis star Serena Williams, which included fashion designer Misha Nonoo, Meghan's best friend, Jessica Mulroney, and former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer.
The special guests then went to The Mark Hotel, in the Upper East Side, for a sumptuous tea.
Meghan's solo trip would have cost hundreds of thousands of pounds sterling in accommodation, travel and gifts for guests.
DO NOT MISS
Although the baby shower was not funded by taxpayers' money, many have accused Meghan of still behaving like a Hollywood celebrity rather than the Duchess of Susbad who is sixth in the throne.
Whatever the Duchess decided to do for her birthday, this Sunday will be particularly meaningful for her as it will be the day of her first name celebrated as a mother.
And she will most likely have her family for herself, unlike last year, when she celebrated the wedding of Prince Harry's close friend, Charlie van Straubenzee, and his wife, Daisy Jenks, to Surrey.
However, Meghan and Harry may decide to return home, their beloved, later this month.
Sun's source said, "Meghan wants to visit the United States with Harry and his son Archie this summer, before traveling to Africa in the fall.
"August is the perfect time to undertake this journey before they also go to Balmoral to join the Queen and Prince Charles."
Meghan and Harry will travel to South Africa for an official tour of the country later this year.
This tour will take place almost a year after the success of the Susbad's Down Under Royal Tour last October.
But this will also be Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor's first official visit, which will take about five months to complete.
