Jamie Carragher insists that Jurgen Klopp can not afford to bet on his selection of teams for the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals clash with FC Porto on Wednesday night.
The Reds qualify for the return leg at Estadio do Dragao with a 2-0 lead, but the Kop legend does not believe that Klopp can rest any key member of the team. team on the title race in the Premier League.
Carragher told ECHO: "I'm waiting for them to pbad but 2-0 is the type of score where Klopp can not afford to take any risk with the team.
"You have to line up your strongest team and finish the job.
"If Liverpool had won three or four victories at Anfield, you might have thought of getting two or three.
"But you have to fight with your strongest team for this match and then there will be a decent break until the Cardiff match on Sunday."

The winner of the 2005 Champions League is optimistic about Liverpool's chances of getting to Madrid on June 1, whether at Manchester United or Barcelona, where they will face in the last four.
"I do not think there is anything to fear in Liverpool," he said.
"Of course, you have respect for the teams, but Liverpool showed their ability to qualify for last year's final and to qualify for the final stages this time around, that it is at the same level as everything that is happening in Europe.
"It 's a day or the other if you are at your best, if the decisions are going to you, if you make mistakes. Whether United or Barcelona will succeed, it will be a difficult and tight semi-final, no matter who is waiting. "
At the top of the Premier League and in search of European glory, the Klopp Reds have a dream come true.
Carragher believes that Sunday's captivating league win over Chelsea at Anfield has highlighted what distinguishes the 2018/19 promotion from the last Liverpool team that took the league title five years ago.
"It's a better team," he said.
"This team had great personalities – the first three of Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge and Raheem Sterling. The first three are now compared to that, if not better.
"There is no doubt that this team is much stronger on the defense. Maybe people will say that this season, the team was a little more exciting in their way of playing.
"It was probably like what Jurgen Klopp's team played two years ago.
It's a different team from Klopp now. Much more stable and much stronger. "
Carragher spoke at a special event of the 23rd Foundation at the Brunswick Youth and Community Center in Bootle

"It was great to bring community organizations together. They will then distribute them to the children of the community as a whole.
"For example, the Owen McVeigh Foundation has a sponsored walk for Snowdon, so we've managed to make it easier to keep hydrated for that."
The eggs were kindly collected and donated by Manny Johal of Sikh Toy Appeal. "We have been working with the Foundation for a few years to help non-privileged families and children with special needs.
"I'm a long-time fan of Liverpool and we wanted to give something back to Liverpool's kids."
