Xbox's boss, Phil Spencer, pulled the curtain and revealed "Project Scarlett", which will be the heir to the Xbox One. According to the creators, "Project Scarlett" should give game companies the opportunities they need to bring their creative vision to life.
There was no pricing plan for the new console at a gala event held Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles ahead of the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) video game conference.
The Xbox confronts Sony in the console market, where Sony is currently working on the next version of PlayStation.
The "Scarlett Project" is expected to be available in stores in December 2020.
