Fans of the BBC comedy, Miranda, will be happy to know that it is expected to return in the fall to mark its 10th anniversary.
Miranda Hart, 46, who writes the sitcom, says all the actors have agreed to come back for the special.
Stevie Sutton, actress and co-star Sarah Hadland, who played the role of Miranda, said earlier this week; "This is an important step, we are all shocked.
"We hope Miranda will do more."
"This is the show that made Miranda a star and one she cares about, she is pbadionate about distribution and has spent months organizing their schedules so that they are all in the same country."
Miranda tweeted the news on Friday and also announced that "special guests" would make an appearance in this unique episode.
"10! And we decided to organize an evening (not a new episode). Miranda actors turned on screen and off are all plays, being free to be oneself and even stupidity, so we are amazed and delighted that BBC ONE has accepted that our celebrations will be recorded as a special hour later in the year, "she revealed.
"I'll let you know, but I suspect that there might be just a few special guests, probably the little dance, definitely drinks and nibbles. And you know what I hope it's will be SO FUN for us, but especially for all of you, dear friends of the show, for whom I would be grateful for your support, "she said.
The popular sitcom ended on New Year's Day in 2015, leaving the fans heartbroken.
