Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have all been linked with Paul Mitchell but the recruitment manager of RB Leipzig will not decide his future before the end of the season.
Mitchell, who held a similar position in Tottenham, has become one of the leading candidates for the position of first director of football at Old Trafford.
Arsenal would also be interested Appointing Mitchell after the departure of the recruiting chief, Sven Mislintat, earlier in the year.
