Although only five games were played in the fourth week of the Major League Soccer season, few players stood out in their game.
Some of the top performers in Week 4 have quietly made impressive debuts for the 2019 campaign, including some on FC Cincinnati's side.
Since there were a few players worthy of the MLS player rankings, the bottom half of the top 20 list has a plethora of new players.
The first half remains the same in the fifth week as she is among the best in the league in March.
Our weekly ranking of players takes into account the last three or four performances of a player. The highest ranked stars are those in the best form, while the most recent out of each player also has some weight.
20. Spencer Richey, GK, FC Cincinnati

All that Spencer Richey has achieved in the last two weeks has allowed FC Cincinnati to record two white sheets to improve their Eastern Conference standings.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper made a double save in the 61st minute on Sunday to keep his shutout against the New England Revolution.

Kekuta Manneh did not take the easy way to return to MLS as he played for the Liga MX Pachuca and St. Gallen in Switzerland before returning to Ohio with FC Cincinnati.
The 24-year-old will play his first match in orange and blue on Sunday by scoring a goal and an badist for the victory over the Revolution.

If Manneh returns to the form in which he was in Vancouver and Columbus, FC Cincinnati will have a powerful attack on the flanks.
17. Walker Zimmerman, D, Los Angeles FC

Walker Zimmerman becomes the fifth different player from LAFC in the standings, and the first of three to be included after Week 4.
The back of the US men's national team scored the winning goal of the 2-1 win against Real Salt Lake on Saturday night.

Zimmerman won eight aerial duels, produced three clears and two interceptions, and made five home shootings on Saturday.
16. David Accam, F, Philadelphia Union

David Accam presented his second multi-goal performance of his MLS career at an emotional evening at Talen Energy Stadium.
Accam scored two goals in the Union's 3-0 win over the crew just a week after his father's death.

The former Chicago firefighter won the MLS Player of the Week award for his efforts on Saturday night.
15. Kenny Saief, M, FC Cincinnati

Kenny Saief should be seriously considered by USMNT manager Gregg Berhalter for the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup roster where he continues to play at a high level for FC Cincinnati .
The 25-year-old midfielder scored his first MLS goal and second badist in the win against the Revolution two weeks after winning his first pbad as a substitute against Atlanta United.

Saief has contributed to the expansion of the club and as the club begins to find its place in the MLS, the midfielder is expected to be a key element in its success.
14. Paxton Pomykal, M, FC Dallas

Pomyton Pomykal was one of the most experienced players in the lineup.
The 19-year-old kept his pace and was the most active player at FC Dallas with 88 touches. He then made two badists in the win over the Colorado Rapids.
13. Eduard Atuesta, M, LAFC

Eduard Atuesta continued to control the center of the park for LAFC in the win over Real Salt Lake.
Atuesta made four tackles on the defensive side of the ball and placed three of his four shots on the other side of the field.
The 21-year-old was once again very active on the ball, having completed 87.4% of his 111 pbades and recorded 134 touchdowns.
12. C.J. Sapong, F, Chicago Fire
Previous ranking: 12
C.J. Sapong contributed to a goal in each of the first three games of the Chicago Fire with two goals and one badist.
Sapong will try to keep this sequence alive in the fifth week, while Fire will host the New York Red Bulls, against which he managed a hat trick in 2017 as a member of the Union.

If you had to establish a shortlist for the young player of the year, Memo Rodriguez would be almost at the top.
The local Dynamo player won in Wilmer Cabrera's starting lineup by scoring three goals in his last two games.

Darwin Quintero is ranked at the top of this list for the first two weeks because of his solid play during the Minnesota United attack.

Bill Hamid did not receive a call from the USMNT for the friendly matches in March, but he played as if he deserved a scream from Berhalter in the first three games of D.C. United.
The Black and Red start the fifth week with the only perfect defensive record in MLS.
4. Wayne Rooney, F, D.C. United

Before the international cut, Wayne Rooney had put the spotlight on the third week of his first career hat trick in MLS for D.C. United.
In his last nine games in the MLS regular season, Rooney has had four performances with multiple goals.

Jordan Morris has thrived in his new role on the wing for the Sounders.
In Morris, Lodeiro, Raul Ruidiaz and Victor Rodriguez, the Sounders are one of the best offensive groups in the league and will have the opportunity to continue their warm start to the fifth week against Vancouver in their first match of the Cascadia Cup of the season. .
