The management of Modello Properties Ghana Limited, in partnership with Dagbo Limited, incorporated in New York (United States), aims to build 20,000 homes nationwide over the next ten years.
The project, which is also in partnership with Civic Engineering Expert Limited and CREDEF financing company, would give Ghanaians the opportunity to own and live in high quality homes.
Mr. Bright Semanu Atta, CEO of Modello Properties Ghana Limited, said at the launch of the Modello City Home project in Ghana that this project would complement the government's efforts to increase Ghana's housing needs while reducing the current deficit in more than 1.2 million.
"It will be affordable for households earning a wide range of incomes (high and low incomes)," he added.
He said the partnership would see the first project, the Modello City houses built in three different areas of the Greater Accra region, namely Oyarifa, Amansaman and Prampram.
He stated that the company was a full-fledged Ghanaian company with a limited liability company, which focused on three main lines of services, namely: project development, property management and sales and marketing.
Mr. Atta said the projects would include recreation centers such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and health center, as well as security 24h / day. 24.
