Liverpool star Mohamed Salah seems to have disabled his Twitter account.
This decision comes after the attacker posted a tweet that baffled fans Tuesday night.
Salah wrote: "Resolution 2019: It's time to get in touch, for real."
But Wednesday morning, the search for the account "@MoSalah" gave no results. The fans left wondering why the Egyptian star seemed to be removed from the social media platform.
Some thought the tweet was referring to the dispute between Salah and the Egyptian federation on the image rights of the attacker, while others took it as a simple New Year's resolution, even though He posted it a little late.
It may just be that Salah wants to be less active on social media this year.
The problem with Egypt began when Salah was highlighted outside the national team plane, provided by the official sponsor "WE".
The Liverpool striker reached an agreement with rival telecom company Vodafone, creating a conflict of interest and arousing a dispute.
Salah's Instagram account is still active Wednesday morning.
The striker is currently in Dubai with his Liverpool teammates, while leaders of the Premier League enjoy a training camp in hot weather.
