After the murder of Nipsey Hussle on Sunday, sales of his music grew by 2.776% in the United States, while fans mourn the rapper's death through music.

According to Billboard, Nipsey's catalog of songs and albums Sunday was sold at 15,000 copies, an increase of 2,776%, compared to just under 1,000 copies on Saturday. Isolating only his songs, they sold 13,000 downloads on Sunday (an increase of 2.588% from less than 1,000 on Saturday). His albums sold close to 2,000 copies on Sunday (an increase of 6,412% compared to a negligible amount).

Nipsey's best selling song on Sunday was his recently released single "Racks in the Middle," starring Roddy Ricch and Hit-Boy, which sold nearly 3,000 downloads (an increase of 1507% from a total negligible Saturday).

The rapper's first studio album, Victory Lap, sold 1,000 copies on Sunday (an increase of 4,400% from a minimal Saturday total). The ensemble debuted and peaked at # 4 on the Billboard 200 chart on March 3, 2018.

The announcement of the streaming winnings for Nipsey's songs should be announced in the coming days.

Los Angeles rapper Ermias Davidson Asghedom was shot several times Sunday in front of his clothing store, Marathon Clothing Company, in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, south of the Crenshaw area.
