Fabregas' first goal for Monaco pushes the Principality's club to points with Caen, 17th, in Ligue 1
Cesc Fabregas scored his first goal for Monaco as the Ligue 1 wrestlers recorded their first win since Thierry Henry's dismissal.
Fabregas threw a ball home just after the hour of play to bring the hosts to a security point.
Aleksandr Golovin gave the advantage to Monaco thanks to a smart pbad from Gelson Martins.
Christopher Jullien headed Toulouse five minutes later, but Fabregas's goal proved to be the winner.
Fabregas joined Monaco for a three and a half year contract on Jan. 11, while his former Arsenal teammate, Henry, was still in charge.
The Principality 's club sent the French back less than two weeks later, after only five wins in all competitions under the 41 – year – old athlete' s tutelage.
Leonardo Jardim, who spent four years in Monaco and won the Ligue 1 title in 2016-17, replaced Henry on a two-and-a-half year contract.
