DEERFIELD, Ill., February 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Mondelez International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDLZ) today announced its intention to transfer the stock market listing of the following NYSE Stock Exchange Notes. Nasdaq Exchange of bonds as of February 25, 2019 after the close of the market. Debt securities are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Bond Exchange on February 26, 2019.
