More than 1000 CBG staff members participated in the march
As part of its activities, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) announced the launch of its "We Stand With You" slogan. She organized a National Walk for Health on Saturday, July 6, 2019 to promote a healthy lifestyle among her staff.
The march, which took place simultaneously in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale, brought together more than 1,000 staff and management from across the country. The Accra edition started from three points – Accra Girls, Labadi and Osu – and ended at Camp Burma Sports Complex, while Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale also started in the children's park. from Amakom, Market Circle Branch and Tamale Main, respectively.
CBG Executive Director Daniel Wilson Addo said the walk was aimed at educating staff about good health and spreading BCG's message across the country.
"Today, we are walking together as a brand to promote good health among the staff. At CBG, we believe in a strong workforce to serve our customers. To be able to offer a simple, secure and differentiated banking solution, we want to make sure the staff are energetic, healthy and happy to give their best, "he said.

After the walk, participants engaged in fun activities, including aerobics, health talks, volleyball, football, basketball, swimming, dance competitions and musical chairs.
Sports are known for bringing people together and it was no different for CBG because the event brought together staff from across the country in exceptional sporting spirit, all for a good cause carrying the message "WE Stand With You "from CBG.
