Former National Service Scheme (NSS) Executive Director, Dr. Michael Kpessah Whyte, said the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has introduced more than 600 soldiers into the National Investigation Bureau (NBI) since its arrival at power in 2017.
According to him, the NPP would also have loyal supporters in Ghana's immigration services, Ghana's national firefighters, Ghana's police and other forces.
"we [NDC] I know that more than 600 party activists have been pushed into the BNI. We know that many guards and guard girls are pushed into the police, into the security services,He said on TV3.

"Go ask the BNI officials and find out they have not been virtually forced to recruit more than 600 party boys and girls.," he added.
Dr. Kpessah Whyte insisted, however, that the recruitment process in the armed forces be rigorous and fair.
