Efua Baduwa will serve an 18-month prison sentence

When asked if he had a license to operate, Eduful presented a certificate proving his membership in the Ghana Medical Association of Homeopathy.

He also asked why Eduful had failed to send the boy back to a larger facility.
After a careful study of his documents, it turned out that they were not valid.
Isaac Eduful was later fined 50 penalty units, equivalent to 600 GHc. Otherwise, he will serve a 12-month prison sentence.
Meanwhile, the crowd in the courtyard was disappointed by the punishment inflicted on Efua Baduwa, claiming that it was not enough of a deterrent.
The victim has since been amputated from the hand.
