The President of Mozambique has entered into a peace agreement with the leader of an old rebel movement – ending years of hostilities.
Filipe Nyusi signed the agreement with Ossufo Momade, who heads the main opposition party, Renamo. Its armed wing is dissolved as part of this agreement.
