Instagram star, Ms. Hinch, revealed how she takes care of the carpets at the next level.

Sophie Hinchliffe's cleaning tips have thrown in the limelight and 1.7 million people are borrowing it now.

In one of her latest posts on Instagram, Mrs Hinch showed her fans a way to reveal carpet dirt that's usually impossible to spot.

The expectant mother advises people to use their bathroom glbad cleaner, known as squeegees, to clean their carpets.

If a squeegee is scraped on the carpet, it will lift encrusted hair and dust that would simply be pushed by the vacuum cleaner, reports Liverpool Echo.

However, it is only since July 2018 that her number of subscribers has exploded when she began to share her cleansing routines.

She said, "It just got bigger and I could not be more grateful.

"It started like about 200 or 500 [followers] a month and now, he reaches 35,000 a day. It's been over the last four to six weeks that it's become viral. I have supporters from Ireland, the United States and Australia and they are all amazing. "

Sophie said, "It's overwhelming, but amazing, people share before and after photos of their homes and I'm so happy that my account has helped so many people to come together.

"I'm not bombarding the cleaning of my grid page, it's mostly in my stories and my page then shows the results of the fun cleaning," says Hinching.

"I name all my clothes and my cleaning equipment, which may seem odd to some, but it's a laugh for all of us and now everyone gets in. It's amazing. "

She added, "I am worried and I am fighting anxiety.

"For me, not thinking about what worries me would be to clean up and organize something and love the end result.

"It calmed my mind, it also helps me to control my panic attacks." Since I opened the account, others have sent me a message saying that I had changed my life and that I was helping them with their mental health, which is simply incredible.
