Beneficiaries NABCO
Beneficiaries of the government's Government Builders Corps (NABCO) program gave the government a three-day ultimatum to respond to their grievances over last year's unpaid benefits or to face their anger.
The trainees recently complained bitterly of the apparent nonchalance of the government vis-à-vis their unpaid. The coalition is demanding full payment of its arrears, dating back to November 2018.
Institutional members expressed dissatisfaction over the protracted period of paying their arrears and even threatened to embark on a major protest as a last resort for their grievances to be handled.
In a statement, NABCO beneficiaries said: "If our appeal has not been duly taken into account, you will get a press conference after the date of the mbad protest which intuitively constitutes a very painful remedy for that our grievances are treated as hardworking nation builders The Coalition would like to add with ardor that our demands must be fully taken into account.We strongly affirm that as April is about to end, we demand the full payment from November to April in all cases of extension of payments until the previous month in order to meet our real quest for regularization ".
NABCO trainees also request the establishment of the necessary structures to stipulate and monitor a healthy disciplinary relationship between trainees and coordinators, as well as an investigation of all reported cases of offenses at the district level.

Requests in our petition
1. Equalize trainees by paying everyone who has arrears late in November 2018.
2. Pay all arrears due and payment of regularized benefits.
3. Place all trainees not placed.
4. Review all reported cases of offenses committed against district-level trainees and establish structures to stipulate and monitor a healthy and flawless disciplinary relationship between trainees and coordinators.
The Coalition would like to ardently add that our demands must be fully taken into account.
