Shatta Wale, Dancehall artist, urged Ghanaian musicians to remember Menzgold's general manager, Nana Appiah Mensah, for the change that he brought to the industry.

Shatta said Monday in an article published on his social networks that he would forever remain loyal to Nana Appiah (better known as NAM 1).

The controversial musician said that he was missing a lot at NAM1, who would have been tried in Dubai, where he faces a misdemeanor charge for a $ 23 million deal, which went wrong.

In January 2018, Shatta Wale signed a three-year management agreement with Zylofon Music, a record label owned by Zylofon Media of NAM 1.

Although the financial details of the agreement were not disclosed, unofficial sources indicated that the agreement was worth $ 1.5 million.

Other showbiz personalities, including Stonebwoy, Becca, Kumi Guitar, Joyce Blessing and actors Toosweet Annan and Benedicta Gafah were also signed by Zylofon Media.

NAM 1 risk up to two years in prison after a Dubai-based businessman denounced Nana Appiah and eight of her business partners to Dubai police for fraud in May 2018.

He is currently in custody at the Al Barsha Police Cell.
